Mental Training for Jockeys – Program Options
We offer three levels of mental training (one to six month). All sports psychology coaching programs include the following:
- Athlete’s Mental Aptitude Assessment (AMAP) to identify mental game challenges.
- Weekly mental game plan, which guides your mental game improvement.
- Four sessions of coaching per month to improve mental toughness and stay committed to your to mental training(45-minute sessions).
- Unlimited email correspondence with us to answer any immediate questions.
- Our exclusive Athlete’s Mental Edge Workbooks that help you review and apply mental game strategies between sessions.
You can work one-on-one with us in person (Orlando) or anywhere in the world via Zoom, Skype, Facetime, or phone.
